Key Responsibilities
● Participate in Infor LN Cloud implementation and next-phase rollout activities, including technical planning and execution.
● Design and develop LN customizations using: ○ Infor LN Tools / 4GL (Baan 4GL), Extensions, Sessions, Reports ○ Infor OS / ION workflows (as applicable)
● Build and maintain integrations between LN and external systems using: ○ ION, Web Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, BODs (where relevant)
● Support cloud preparation and migration activities: ○ Assess customizations for cloud compatibility ○ Support configuration changes aligned to cloud standards and best practices
● Perform issue investigation, debugging, and root-cause analysis for LN functional/technical incidents.
● Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare, including defect fixing and stabilization.
● Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom objects, integrations, and deployment steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
● Hands-on experience with Infor LN 10.8 (or LN 10.x) in a Cloud environment (implementation/support).
● Strong development experience in:
○ Infor LN Tools / 4GL (Baan)
○ Sessions, reporting, forms, and extensions
● Experience with at least one integration approach:
○ Infor ION / Infor OS
○ APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), middleware integrations
● Good understanding of Infor LN architecture, development lifecycle, and deployment practices.
● Strong troubleshooting skills, including analyzing logs and resolving production issues.
● Clear communication skills for remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.
