DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for automating cloud software deployments, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and performance of cloud-based applications. As part of a collaborative and fast-moving team, you'll help define the future of Infor's software operations. Key Responsibilities - Write and automate code for cloud-based applications and microservices. - Work closely with other teams to ensure timely software delivery and high-quality standards. - Participate in code reviews, standups, and maintain documentation for systems and processes. - Optimize performance, scalability, and meet business goals for cloud applications. - Monitor AWS-based systems, respond to alerts, and resolve operational issues. - Take on on-call responsibilities and troubleshoot critical incidents. Required Skills and Qualifications - Hands-on experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.). - Proficiency in Python, Java, Bash, or Linux. - Experience automating software deployment with tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, and Ansible. - Proficient in CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab, and related plugins. - Experience working with REST APIs and integrating them into cloud systems. - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of agile development practices and source control with Git. Preferred Skills - Experience with AWS DynamoDB, Apache Kafka, and data streaming. - Experience with data analytics tools like Elasticsearch and Hadoop. - One or more AWS Associate-level certifications. - Expertise in containerization and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch and QuickSight.
