Dev Ops Eng, Associate

Dev Ops Eng, Associate will be working in 24x7 to support operations proactively with many stakeholders involved, attending standup calls, working on automations, taking ownership on Team Goals, Team Values and Cloud SaaS Vision as per the PBM. Communicate with Team, cross Team, customers, partners and vendors as part of the daily operation issues and maintenance windows over concierge portal and other support options.Follow the standard processes and procedures, comply with ITIL Standards, KRAs, KPIs and OKRs. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner. Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, documentation, trainings etc. Drive incident response, root cause analysis and resolution. Analyze logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues. Assist in deployment of new features and services. Work closely with Development, SRE and Support teams to ensure smooth operations.
