Role Description
KNS Technologies is seeking an Infor CloudSuite Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing the Infor CloudSuite HCM solutions to meet client-specific requirements. The day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client processes, performing gap analysis, configuring the system, providing functional expertise, and offering support during and post-implementation. The role demands effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal HCM solutions tailored to client business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Infor CloudSuite HCM, HRIS, and related platforms
- Experience with Business Process Analysis, System Configuration, and System Integration
- Knowledge of HR functions and standards, including talent management, payroll, and benefits administration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology
- Prior experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus
- Certification in Infor CloudSuite HCM modules would be highly advantageous
