About the role
Seasoned Data Program Manager to lead the delivery and governance of data-focused managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data operations, and stakeholder management, with experience overseeing distributed teams in a managed service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· 15+ years of experience in Data Management, with 5+ years in a program or delivery management role.
· Lead end-to-end delivery of data programs under a managed services model.
· Strong understanding of data engineering, BI tools, cloud platforms, and data lifecycle management.
· Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc.
Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated for ongoing managed services activities.?
Identify potential risks to service continuity and develop mitigation plans.?
Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of ongoing services and day-to-day operations within agreed SLAs and KPIs.?
Continuously monitor and improve the operational processes to maintain or improve service quality, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.?
Oversee the resolution of operational issues or incidents to minimize disruptions to services.?
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for service delivery, ensuring proper communication and collaboration among different departments.?
Track individual and team performance, providing feedback and support to ensure goals are being met.?
Ensure the team is up-to-date with necessary skills and training to deliver BAU operations effectively.
· Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
