Stage Duration Compensation Description
Trainee 3 months 20,000 per month Candidates start as apprentice and receive training with stipend during this period of 3 months.
Full-time Employee (with probation) 3 months 4.5 LPA Based on their performance during the apprenticeship of 3 months, candidate gets converted to full-time employees on probation of 3 months with CTC of 4.5 LPA.
Full-time Employee (FTE) After probation 5.5 to 7 LPA Based on their project performance during the probation period, candidates are converted to full-time employees with a revised CTC. The CTC will be decided on the performance rating received during the probation period.
