Work closely with software developers and product managers to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects. Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools. Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and debug issues. Continuously learn and apply new technologies and testing methodologies. Required Skills Strong programming fundamentals in at least one object-oriented programming language like Java, Python, C++, or C#. Good understanding of software development life cycle (like Agile & waterfall) Knowledge regarding different kinds of software testing Familiarity with version control systems like GIT. Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork ability. Ability to leverage generative AI tools to enhance productivity, such as generating test cases, optimizing code, or assisting with documentation Desired skills Knowledge of software testing concepts and test automation principles.
