About Role To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline on our portal. Key Responsibilities- Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for premium job postings through a variety of channels, both internal and external. Conducting a detailed review and in-depth analysis of the job requirements using Boolean Search Addressing specific client queries and concerns related to the posted jobs. Maintaining efficient timelines throughout the job cycle, with a focus on reasonable or minimal turnaround time (TAT). Demonstrates a strong interest in learning and researching emerging and current technologies. Conducting market research for advertised profiles as needed. Displays a strong inclination toward hard work, embracing challenges, and continuous learning. Apply or attend Walk-in if - You have atleast 1-2years experience in Recruitment.
