Job Title: Lead Quality Management / Lead Qualification Specialist

Job Objective:
To engage and vet inbound buyer leads generated through 99acres, gauge their genuine interest and budget readiness, and forward only the qualified leads to paying clients or relationship managers, thereby optimizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Filtering & Engagement
Handle pre-generated inbound buyer inquiries (via 99acres).
Connect with each lead (daily call targets: ~180 calls) to assess property requirements, financial readiness, timelines, and intent.
2. Qualification & Handoff
Determine which leads qualify based on set parameters (budget, location, urgency).
Pass only qualified leads onward to clients or relationship managers for closure.
3. Data & CRM Updates
Accurately log call outcomes and lead statuses in CRM (e.g., “contacted,” “qualified,” “site visit scheduled,” etc.).
Track follow-ups and ensure ongoing engagement cycles are honored.
4. Reporting & Optimization
Submit daily/weekly reports on call volumes, conversion ratios, quality of leads, and trends in buyer intent.
Provide insights to improve campaign targeting and lead acquisition strategy.
Role Specifics:
Engagement Focus: Only call potential buyers—no cold outreach to brokers or builders
Call Volume Goal: Around 180 dials per working day
Interaction Channels: Primarily voice calls, with potential support via WhatsApp or email.
