The Mission:Manage performance-focused influencer campaigns across India, Middle East, and SE Asia. You’ll be the bridge between global Web3 brands and top-tier Finance/Crypto creators.
✅ Must-Haves (The Essentials):- Experience: 2–4 years in Influencer Marketing.
- Niche: Direct experience with Finance, Crypto, Trading, or Web3 campaigns/creators.
- Budget: Proven track record handling budgets of ₹5–8 Lakhs per campaign.
- Channels: Hands-on experience with Telegram, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Geography: Comfortable managing global creators.
🛠 Key Skills & Tools:- Skills: KOL Onboarding, Commercial Negotiation, ROI Tracking, and Conflict Resolution.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Financial Ad Guidelines and Web3 trends.
- Tools: Influencer tracking tools, Excel, and performance analytics.
❌ Must-Not-Haves (Deal Breakers):- No experience in the Finance or Crypto niche.
- Only handled domestic/local campaigns with small budgets.
- Lack of experience with Telegram-based communities.
