We’re looking for a Talent Manager who lives and breathes pop culture, understands the creator economy, and can turn relationships into revenue.
What you’ll actually do:
- Crack brand deals and collabs that genuinely make sense for our creators
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, marketers, and people who move culture
- Spot opportunities before they become trends
- Pitch creators in a way that makes brands say, “we need this person”
- Help creators grow beyond content into long-term brands and businesses
- Think campaigns, IPs, events, launches, and internet moments
- Stay obsessed with what’s popping across Instagram, YouTube, music, fashion, and entertainment
You’ll kill it here if you:
- Already understand the creator / influencer ecosystem
- Have 0–2 years of experience in talent, brand partnerships, creator management, media, or culture marketing
- Naturally network well and know how to keep relationships warm
- Can sell an idea, negotiate smartly, and close fast
- Are creative and commercially sharp
- Know what brands want before they ask
- Stay online enough to know trends, but smart enough to know which ones matter
- Care about building iconic careers, not just one-off deals
