About the Role:

Bryan & Candy is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Influencer & PR Manager to lead our brand collaborations, public relations, and content-driven campaigns. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong industry connections, and can seamlessly manage influencer partnerships and on-ground shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing and PR strategies aligned with brand goals
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers, celebrities, and UGC creators
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to execution and reporting
• Coordinate and conduct photoshoots, video shoots, and promotional content production
• Handle PR activities including media outreach, brand placements, and collaborations
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with talent and agencies
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging creators, and competitive activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or talent management
• Proven experience working with influencers, celebrities, and content creators
• Strong network within the influencer and media industry
• Ability to independently manage and execute shoots and campaigns
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and creative thinker
• Willingness to travel for shoots, events, and brand promotions
• Must be available to join immediately

Preferred Traits:

• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of content trends
• Experience in lifestyle, beauty, or F&B brands is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
