Community Building & Influencer Partnerships Manager

Role Overview
Lemmorte is a science-backed dermatology skincare brand focused on ingredient education, authority building, and long-term customer trust.
We are looking for a Community Building & Influencer Partnerships Manager who can strategically build and scale a strong, credible digital community around the brand.
This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will lead influencer partnerships, drive scientifically aligned content direction, and build long-term brand advocates rather than one-time promotions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Identification & Strategic Tie-Ups
Identify and onboard relevant influencers across:
Dermatologists
Skincare creators
Haircare educators
UGC creators
Categorize influencers into:
Micro (10K–50K)
Mid-tier (50K–250K)
Macro (250K+)
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms
Build long-term collaborations instead of one-off posts
Maintain a structured influencer database with performance tracking
2. Script Writing & Content Direction
3. Content Execution & Quality Control
Review and approve content before posting
Ensure:
Coordinate reshoots if required
Ensure timely delivery as per contract
4. Community Building & Engagement
Develop and manage brand ambassador programs
Create private WhatsApp/Telegram communities for repeat buyers
Encourage user-generated content (UGC)
Plan and execute:
5. Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Must Have
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (Beauty/Skincare preferred)
Strong scriptwriting skills
Understanding of skincare ingredients
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Basic analytics and performance tracking understanding
Good to Have
Experience working with dermatology brands
Prior community management experience
Familiarity with Meta Ads and content boosting
Understanding of compliance in cosmetic claims
