We're Hiring:
Barter & Paid Creator Collaborations | Zapify.pro
Remote | Full-time | 2-3 years experience
Zapify.pro helps creators and businesses automate their Instagram DMs, so a comment on a post turns into an instant DM back. We are an official Meta Business Partner, and we are scaling our creator program.
We need someone who can find the right influencers, pitch them, and close the deal, whether it is barter or paid. Not a send-and-wait role. You will talk, negotiate, get the yes, and own each partnership end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Find the right creators that matches our target audience, using multiple platforms
· Pitch and close with short, personal DMs and emails that get replies, then take it all the way to a signed deal.
· Negotiate posts, timelines, and terms (subscription, referral, or both) while protecting the budget.
· Run per-view and performance collabs where creators are paid against results.
· Own the pipeline from first message to content live, and track reach, engagement, and signups.
· Work with content and growth teams on briefs, timing, and tracking links.
WHAT YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW
· Reaching out and closing deals, not just starting conversations.
· Writing short, punchy messages that get replies.
· Negotiating confidently without over-promising.
· Staying organized and knowing your numbers (replies, conversions).
· Understanding creator tiers (nano/micro/macro) and pricing deals accordingly.
· Reading engagement rate and reach, and spotting fake or inflated followers.
· Influencer or affiliate program experience at a SaaS company.
· Comfort with Google Sheets and tracking dashboards.
