Role Description
The Influencer Operations Associate will assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with influencers, and supporting overall campaign execution. Responsibilities include identifying potential influencer partnerships, coordinating collaborations, and monitoring campaign performance. Additional tasks may involve assisting with social media marketing efforts and maintaining effective communication with clients and the influencer community. This is a full-time internship role that is on-site and based in Gurugram.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with influencers for campaign execution and deliverables
- Assist in onboarding influencers and managing end-to-end operations
- Track timelines, content submissions, and approvals
- Maintain campaign data, reports, and influencer records
- Support the team in daily operational tasks and campaign follow-ups
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills are must.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing/social media platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, tracking sheets, and follow-ups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Final semester students or recent graduates (freshers).
