About AdxReel
AdxReel is a mobile-first platform that combines interactive advertising, creator content, and in-app commerce, enabling creators to earn from brand campaigns, paid content, and audience engagement.
We are building a creator-driven ecosystem where influencers can monetize their audience beyond traditional ads and brand deals.
Creators are the foundation of the AdxReel platform, and we are looking for someone who can build and scale our creator community across India.
Role Overview
As the Influencer Onboarding Manager, you will lead creator acquisition and activation for AdxReel. Your mission is to identify, recruit, and activate creators across multiple content categories and ensure they begin earning on the platform within their first 30 days.
You will work directly with creators — from micro-influencers to large creators — and build a strong pipeline of engaged creators contributing content and participating in campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a creator acquisition strategy across categories such as lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, food, tech, and regional content.
• Identify and reach out to creators across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube and introduce them to AdxReel.
• Pitch and explain AdxReel’s creator earning opportunities, including brand campaigns, paid content, and platform engagement rewards.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey — account setup, first content upload, and creator education.
• Ensure creators are active and publishing content within their first 30 days.
• Build and manage a creator CRM pipeline, tracking acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
• Work with the internal team to connect high-performing creators with brand collaborations on the platform.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or creator platform operations
• Strong network of influencers or creators in India
• Experience convincing creators to adopt new platforms or monetization tools
• Ability to track onboarding funnels and report weekly creator growth metrics
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and at least one Indian regional language preferred
