Influencer Marketing – Vertical Lead
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Vertical Lead who can drive creative influencer-led campaigns while building and managing a high-performing team. This role requires someone who understands influencer marketing deeply, has managed brand relationships, and can scale a team to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Manage brand accounts and client relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery and satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and scale a team of 10+ members within the influencer marketing vertical.
- Develop campaign strategies that align with brand objectives and performance goals.
- Work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Set clear KPIs and drive the team to meet campaign and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Influencer Marketing / Creator Marketing.
- Experience managing brand accounts or client relationships.
- Proven ability to build and manage a team (10+ members).
- Strong understanding of creative influencer campaigns and digital trends.
- Ability to work with targets, campaign goals, and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
