Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mumbai for Influencer Marketing/Talent Management. You will play a key role in supporting both the teams. This onsite work will provide you with the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer/talent onboarding, managing communication with creators, collaboration and campaign management, as well as the development of new business opportunities and client relationships.
Location- Andheri west, Mumbai.
- 6 Months-1 year of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Immediate joiner preferable.
- Tentative Budget- 15k-25k
- Candidates from Mumbai metropolitan are preferred
- Agency background is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Strong research and communication skills for influencer discovery, onboarding/sign-up and relationship management.
- Support the influencer outreach process and help coordinate partnership agreements
- Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Ability to use social media platforms and tools effectively, with a keen understanding of trends in influencer marketing
- Organizational and time management skills to handle campaign coordination and maintain detailed records
- Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and compile actionable insights
- Creativity and an eye for detail, with a passion for storytelling through content and campaigns
- Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and client accounts.
- Ability to analyse data and derive strategic insights.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.
