Role Overview
Own and scale Discovr AI’s creator network to ensure campaigns run with speed, quality, and predictability.
This role sits at the core of execution — you will be responsible for creator quality, delivery reliability, and overall campaign readiness.
What You’ll Do
- Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality creators aligned to campaign needs
- Build and manage strong, repeatable creator relationships
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution (briefing, timelines, delivery, approvals)
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, and usage rights
- Maintain high content quality and creator performance standards
- Solve execution issues quickly and manage multiple campaigns in parallel
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in creator partnerships/talent management
- Strong ownership and ability to drive outcomes independently
- High attention to detail and execution discipline
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows without losing quality
- Practical negotiation skills and commercial awareness
