Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Create campaign briefs and manage timelines to ensure timely content delivery.
- Coordinate with creators, talent managers, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports.
- Build strong relationships with creators and agency partners.
- Stay updated with social media trends and the evolving creator ecosystem.
What We are Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Agency or brand-side experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
