Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist located in Mayapuri, New Delhi. The successful candidate will identify and collaborate with influencers to create impactful campaigns, build relationships with brand partners, and execute strategies to grow brand awareness. Responsibilities include managing influencer partnerships, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment between brand objectives and influencer content. The role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and relationship management with influencers
- Proficiency in Campaign Management, Data Analysis, and KPIs tracking to measure the impact of influencer collaborations
- Strong knowledge of Digital Platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging social media trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate and negotiate with influencers
- Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling strategies that align with the brand's identity
- Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of the cosmetic market is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media strategy roles will be a plus
