About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to manage influencer campaigns and coordinate with creators across social media platforms.
The person should be good at communication, creator coordination, campaign management, and finding the right influencers for different brands.
Responsibilities
- Find and connect with relevant influencers for brand campaigns.
- Scout and shortlist around 70–80 influencers every month.
- Manage 4+ campaigns at the same time.
- Coordinate with influencers for content, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build good relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
- Share campaign briefs and ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiate pricing and deliverables with influencers.
- Work with internal creative and marketing teams.
- Check influencer content before posting to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and new creators.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Existing influencer or creator network is a plus.
- Interest in social media trends and creator marketing.
