About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to manage and execute influencer campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer partnerships, campaign coordination, and digital brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with client brands and campaign goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, pricing, and contracts with influencers.
- Develop influencer briefs and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Collaborate with creative, content, paid media, and client servicing teams for integrated campaigns.
- Monitor influencer content quality and brand guideline compliance.
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and platform algorithm changes.
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
