Work Responsibilities:
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
• Coordinate with approved influencers for monthly campaigns
• Design a monthly calendar and identify influencer deliverables on monthly basis.
• Generate monthly reports for influencer activity and ROI.
• Track performance and ensure deliverables are fulfilled.
• Maintain invoices and accounting for the influencer network.
• Develop KPI frameworks which meet business goals
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
• In depth knowledge of Influencer Marketing industry
• Networking aptitude and excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
• Ability to analyze key metrics of social media platforms & strategize accordingly
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills
