Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can own influencer-led storytelling end to end. This role goes beyond coordination. It requires strong content thinking, scriptwriting, and concept development, with a clear understanding of brand tone, culture, and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own influencer marketing strategy across launches, festive campaigns, store openings, and brand moments.
● Develop content concepts and storylines tailored to each influencer and platform.
● Write and refine scripts, talking points, and content briefs to ensure brand clarity and consistency.
● Identify and onboard influencers aligned with Regal Jewellers’ positioning and audience.
● Manage influencer communication, timelines, approvals, and deliverables end to end.
● Review content for accuracy, brand tone, and messaging before publishing.
● Track campaign performance and draw insights to improve future collaborations.
● Work closely with social, brand, and design teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What We’re Looking For:
● 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or content-led brand campaigns.
● Strong writing skills with the ability to craft natural, conversational scripts.
● Clear understanding of Instagram-first storytelling and short-form video content.
● Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery brands is a plus.
● Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
