🚀 Influencer Growth Executive (Reels & Creator Collabs)

🎯 Your Role (What you’ll actually do)
- Find Instagram & YouTube creators who can make products go viral
- Close barter + paid collaborations
- Execute reel campaigns for product launches
- Ensure content goes LIVE (no delays, no excuses)
- Track what works → double down → scale
🔥 What we expect (No fluff)
- You already spend 2–4 hrs/day on Instagram/Reels
- You can spot viral content quickly
- You’re comfortable talking to creators & negotiating
- You’ve done influencer work before (brand/agency/freelance)
đź’Ą Bonus points if
- You’ve worked with D2C brands
- You understand what drives views → sales
- You’ve helped any reel cross 100k+ views
