🚀 We’re Hiring: Influencer Marketing – Beauty & Personal Care (Mumbai Only)

Are you someone who can turn creators into collaborators and campaigns into conversations?

We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Professional for a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care brand based in Mumbai.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing
• Experience with D2C brands (Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty Care)
• Agency candidates with D2C beauty exposure are welcome
• Managed high-budget campaigns (₹30–40 Lakhs minimum)
• Strong Instagram influencer outreach & negotiation experience
• Solid database of beauty/skincare creators
• Strong understanding of skincare, makeup trends & benchmarks
• Experience tracking performance via Instagram insights, GA & Excel
• Ability to track ROI & collaborate with creative, brand & digital teams
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• 📍 Must be based in Mumbai

• Plan & execute high-budget influencer campaigns
• Identify, onboard & manage creators based on audience fit
• Negotiate partnerships & manage deliverables
• Track reach, engagement & ROI
• Build long-term influencer networks
