Role: Talent Manager - Influencer & Brand Partnerships

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Manager who understands the creator ecosystem and knows how to build meaningful brand collaborations. This is not a recruitment role - this position focuses on managing and growing influencer/creator talent while driving revenue through strategic brand partnerships. If you are commercially sharp, a strong negotiator, and passionate about influencer marketing, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Growth- Manage a roster of creators/influencers and act as their primary representative
- Build strong relationships with talent and guide them on positioning and growth
- Develop compelling narratives to position creators effectively to brands
- Identify opportunities that align with the creator’s personal brand and long term vision
Brand Partnerships & Deal Closures- Identify, pitch, and lock brand collaborations for managed talent
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Drive revenue through strategic deal-making and repeat partnerships
- Ensure seamless coordination between brand, creator, and internal teams
Market Research & Opportunity Mapping- Conduct market research to identify high-potential brands and categories
- Stay updated with digital trends, influencer campaigns, and competitive movements
- Proactively explore new industries and partnership formats
Strategy & Execution- Create actionable plans to grow talent visibility and revenue
- Execute partnership campaigns end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and smooth communication across stakeholders
- Step in proactively to align stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships
What We’re Looking For- 1+ year of experience in Influencer Marketing / Talent Management / Brand Partnerships
- Strong understanding of brands and which creators are the right fit for collaborations
- Proven ability (or clear exposure) to closing deals and generating revenue
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confident communicator with strong storytelling abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high enthusiasm and ownership
- Ability to execute independently and work in a fast-paced environment
