Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage influencer partnerships, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze their performance to ensure optimal ROI. Responsibilities include identifying potential influencers, coordinating outreach, crafting data-driven strategies, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also track campaign metrics, develop reports, and improve future strategies based on analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Marketing
• Experience in Campaign Management and Performance Analysis
• Ability to establish and maintain collaboration with influencers and external partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in persuasive outreach
• Advanced knowledge of data tools, analytics, and social media platforms
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools and the influencer marketing landscape is a plus
