Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketer to develop and manage influencer partnerships that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves identifying the right creators, managing campaigns end-to-end, and measuring performance across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, content, PR) to align campaigns with brand goals
- Brief influencers on brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices
- Manage influencer databases and maintain long-term creator relationships
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and disclosure guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using influencer platforms or analytics tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with both micro- and macro-influencers
- Knowledge of content creation, social trends, and creator economy
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, engagement rate, and ROI
