Key Responsibilities:- Identify and shortlist influencers as per brand niche and target audience
- Manage influencer outreach through Instagram, email, and other channels
- Negotiate collaboration commercials and deliverables
- Coordinate content creation and ensure timely posting by influencers
- Handle end-to-end influencer campaign execution
- Maintain influencer database and campaign tracker in Excel/Google Sheets
- Track performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions)
- Coordinate with creative and performance marketing teams for campaign alignment
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed by influencers
- Work on barter + paid influencer collaborations
