Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing | Dot & Key Skincare About the Role As Senior Manager
Influencer Marketing, you will lead the influencer marketing function and be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive creator strategy across Instagram, YouTube, emerging social platforms, and community-led channels. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, campaign execution, and performance-driven decisionmaking. You will work closely with Brand, Social Media, Performance Marketing, PR, Ecommerce, and Creative teams to ensure influencer initiatives contribute meaningfully to both brand building and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and strategic partners across beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and wellness categories.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution including ideation, creator selection, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, amplification, and post-campaign analysis.
• Drive performance through data by monitoring reach, engagement, EMV, conversions, CAC, ROI, and other campaign KPIs.
• Build scalable influencer programs including ambassador initiatives, affiliate collaborations, launch campaigns, and always-on creator ecosystems.
• Track emerging creator trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and commercial negotiations while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members, agencies, and external partners to build a high-performing influencer marketing engine.
What We’re Looking For
• 6–9 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
• Strong experience working with beauty, skincare, personal care, FMCG, or D2C brands.
• Established network across influencers, creator agencies, talent managers, and digital partners.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of social media culture, creator behavior, and content trends.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience managing multi-platform creator campaigns and performance linked influencer programs.
• Prior experience leading teams or managing agency partnerships is an added advantage.
