Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for an Influencer Marketing Senior Executive. The individual will oversee influencer marketing campaigns, build and maintain relationships with influencers, and collaborate across teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching, identifying, and engaging influencers, negotiating partnerships, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders. The role also involves staying updated with emerging trends on social media platforms and developing innovative influencer collaboration strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to build lasting partnerships and effectively engage with influencers and stakeholders.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize influencer-based campaigns.
- 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
- Knowledge of Public Relations and Sales to develop campaigns that enhance brand image and drive business goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing metrics and delivering performance insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to identify trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the social media landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing campaigns for diverse industries and delivering measurable results is an advantage.
