*Designation: Senior Account Manager – Influencer Marketing*
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
About the Role:
Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
Act as the primary client-facing lead, ensuring strong communication and trust
Translate briefs into strategic campaign plans and execution roadmaps
Drive creator identification, negotiations, timelines, and delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage campaigns from brief to final execution independently
- Coordinate with clients, creators, and internal teams seamlessly
- Oversee campaign quality, reporting, and performance outcomes
- Identify risks and proactively solve execution challenges
- Support pitches, proposals, and account growth opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–7 years in influencer marketing / digital / account management
- Strong client servicing and campaign execution experience
- Strategic thinking with high ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
