Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, deal-closer mindset Influencer Marketing Sales Manager who can bring in brands, build relationships, and drive revenue through influencer-led campaigns.
If you understand both brand pain points and creator ecosystems, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business acquisition for influencer marketing, UGC, and branded content campaigns
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of brands (D2C, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, tech, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning campaign proposals and strategies
- Translate brand objectives into impactful influencer-led campaigns
- Maintain long-term relationships to enable repeat business and upselling
- Stay updated with industry trends, creators, and platform shifts
- Represent WhizCo in client meetings, pitches, and key conversations
What We’re Looking For
- 1-8 years of experience in sales/business development (agency or influencer marketing preferred)
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Comfortable working on-site in West Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
