Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager
About the role:
If your contact list is basically a mini influencer directory and you know exactly who to call for what brief - we’re looking for you.
We need someone who lives and breathes the creator economy, can lock in the right collaborations, and can execute campaigns seamlessly across categories.
What you'll be doing:
- Finding the perfect influencers for every brief (not just the obvious ones)
- Sliding into DMs; but professionally to lock collaborations
- Managing end-to-end influencer campaigns (from campaign strategy → outreach → negotiation → execution → reporting)
- Architecting the "big idea" for influencer campaigns, developing end-to-end strategies that align with brand goals and determining the right platform mix and storytelling approach for every brief.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies
- Negotiating deliverables, timelines, and budgets like a pro
- Working closely with creative + client teams to bring campaigns to life
- Tracking performance and figuring out what worked (and what didn’t)
- Staying on top of trends, viral moments, and upcoming creators before they blow up
What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management
- A solid network of influencers across categories
- Experience working across industries like skincare, fashion, hospitality, alco-beverage, fmcg, etc.
- Excellent communication, people & negotiation skills (you know how to talk, pitch, and persuade)
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
- A mix of creative thinking + execution skills
Bonus points of you have:
- Have agency experience
- Can spot trends before they become trends
- Understand analytics beyond just likes & comments
- Have a mental shortlist of “go-to creators” for every category
