Key Responsibilities
•Team Leadership & Ownership: Lead and manage the influencer marketing team, taking complete ownership of tasks, team members, and deliverables while effectively handling work pressure and ensuring timely execution.
•Content Strategy & Conceptualization: Drive end-to-end content planning by conceptualizing impactful video ideas aligned with brand goals and guiding the team and influencers accordingly.
•Quality Control & Attention to Detail: Maintain a sharp eye on every detail across scripts, storytelling, and final output to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content.
•Influencer & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with influencers and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
•Campaign Execution & Delivery: Oversee planning, production, and timely release of campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
•Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and guide the team to optimize strategies based on trends and data.
Requirements:
•4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing with end-to-end campaign execution
•Strong understanding of influencer landscape, platforms, trends, and best practices
•Proven team management skills with ability to lead, take ownership, and handle work pressure
•Excellent communication skills for managing influencers and cross-functional stakeholders
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on performance tracking and optimization
•Eye for detail to ensure high-quality content, brand alignment, and seamless execution
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, mass media or any other
