💼 Role Overview
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can independently handle brand campaigns end-to-end — from client servicing to execution and delivery.
This role requires someone who understands influencer marketing deeply, can manage clients confidently, and solve problems on the go.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for brands and entertainment projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients — ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction
- Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers across platforms
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and talent managers
- Plan campaign strategies aligned with client objectives
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns
- Track performance metrics and prepare campaign reports
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong ownership
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth execution
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing / agency roles
- Strong client handling and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Ability to negotiate and manage influencer relationships
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for content, social media, and pop culture (especially entertainment industry is a plus)
