Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in West Delhi, involves managing influencer marketing campaigns to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes. The Influencer Marketing Manager will research and identify relevant influencers, build and maintain relationships, and coordinate campaign execution to align with client goals. This role also entails budget management, tracking performance metrics, and preparing detailed reports to communicate campaign results and insights.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Influencer Marketing, including identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including planning and executing campaigns and analyzing metrics for optimization.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and influencers.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, analytics tools, and content creation processes.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in influencer or social media marketing is highly desirable.
