Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in West Delhi for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, build long-term relationships with influencers, and strategize for impactful brand collaborations. Responsibilities will include identifying the right influencers for campaigns, negotiating contracts, overseeing campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders. The role requires sharp coordination with both influencers and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Relationship Building with influencers
- Strong skills in Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Audience Engagement
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using Metrics, KPIs, and Analytical Tools
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Collaboration
- An understanding of current trends in Digital Marketing, Social Platforms, and Brand Promotions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in lifestyle, entertainment, or tech industries is a plus
- Organized, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
