Build and scale a high-performance influencer engine for one of the fastest-growing consumer app studios.
We are looking for a high-performing Influencer Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will own and scale our creator ecosystem—recruiting, onboarding, managing, and driving performance across a network of influencers and UGC creators.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of creator partnerships—from outreach and closing to performance tracking and retention—turning influencer marketing into a predictable and scalable growth channel.

Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that’s profitable, scaling multiple apps to >$10M/yr revenues, and growing fast.
We build and scale direct-to-consumer apps and leverage creator ecosystems as a core growth channel. We’re looking for someone who can build and manage a high-performing influencer program end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Recruitment & Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of influencers and UGC creators.
- Oversee outreach across email, DMs, and other channels.
- Manage appointment setting, follow-ups, and creator communication.
- Close partnerships with high-potential creators.
- Own onboarding processes, ensuring creators are set up for success.
Creator Operations & Payments
- Ensure creators are paid accurately and on time.
- Manage payout tracking and payment workflows.
- Oversee clipping / payment-related operations.
Community Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.
- Keep creators engaged, informed, and motivated.
- Regularly follow up and ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Content Review & Quality Control
- Review all creator content to ensure it meets posting guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure creators are delivering on agreed content volume and format.
- Provide feedback to improve content performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and monitor creator performance metrics.
- Ensure creators on retainers meet target CPM benchmarks.
- Analyze comment sentiment and audience response across content.
- Aggregate and maintain reports including:
- Unattributed revenue
- Total creator marketing spend (accrual basis)
- Individual creator performance
Additional Responsibilities
- Support organic and creator-led growth initiatives as needed.
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and processes within the influencer program.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates with 1–5 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of influencer workflows—from outreach to closing to retention.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Additional Candidate Preferences
- Experience managing UGC creator programs at scale.
- Experience with outbound outreach and creator acquisition.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Experience in DTC, mobile apps, or performance marketing.
- Ability to think both operationally and strategically.
