Role Description
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. Day-to-day activities include identifying and building relationships with influencers, creating campaign strategies, analyzing key performance indicators, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, campaign planning, and execution
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills to build partnerships with influencers
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance measurement for tracking campaign success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines and results
- Experience in digital marketing, public relations, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
