ABOUT THE COMPANY
Suroskie is a fast-growing D2C skincare and beauty brand built for the modern Indian consumer. We create
products that actually work — from tinted moisturisers with SPF to hydrating face mists — and we tell our story through creators who get it. We're a team of builders, beauty nerds, and marketing obsessives who move fast and think big.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Strategy and Planning
- Build and own Suroskie's influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and whatever platform is next
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity tiers — with a sharp filter for skincare and beauty relevance, not just follower count
- Develop campaign briefs that protect brand guidelines without killing creator authenticity — particularly for product launches and high-stakes sale events
- Build a diversified creator roster across skin types, demographics, content styles, and audience segments
Campaign Execution & Management
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: briefing, contracting, product dispatch, content review, go-live, and post- campaign analysis
- Partner with performance and paid media teams to identify and amplify high-performing organic content
- Know when to gift, when to barter, and when to pay — and structure each accordingly
- Execute creator-led campaigns timed to D2C moments: sale launches, new product drops, and festive peaks
Creator Relationships
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with key creators in the skincare, beauty, and lifestyle space — not just a contacts list
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with confidence, using real market benchmarks across tiers
- Develop and scale a brand ambassador program for Suroskie's highest-performing creator partners
Analytics & Reporting
- Track what actually matters: reach, engagement rate, story views, link clicks, ROAS on boosted content, and attributed sales
- Maintain a living creator performance database that directly informs future casting decisions
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership — clear on what worked, what didn't, and what's next
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6–7 years in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in skincare, beauty, or personal care
- A proven track record of campaigns that drove measurable sales or ROAS — not just impressions and
- engagement vanity metrics
- An existing network of beauty and skincare creators across Instagram and YouTube that you've actually worked with
- The ability to take a campaign from blank brief to final report without hand-holding
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
You don't wait to be briefed on trends — you're already ahead of them. You treat creators as long-term brand partners, not vendors on a roster. You're as comfortable in a performance dashboard as you are on a creator call. And when a campaign doesn't perform, you know exactly why — and what to do differently next time.
