Role Description
This is a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager role based on-site in Mumbai.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for discovering, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with artists and influencers, planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance.
The role involves
Should be competent in strategies to onboard agencies, brand integration, story telling....etc.
Onboarding influencer marketing agency to invite influencers (on barter ) on a daily basis.
Create and monitor content
Performance analytics
Competent in creating presentations posters and videos
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends, campaign management, and relationship-building with artists and influencers
- Proficiency in content creation, storytelling, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategies to expand artist and influencer networks
- Experience in analyzing marketing metrics and performance data
- Proven ability to plan and execute impactful campaigns
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
