Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying key influencers, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring successful execution. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, building relationships with influencers, overseeing analytics and reporting, and achieving measurable marketing goals for clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including content creation, strategy, and technology, to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, and building brand collaborations
- Ability to strategize and execute marketing campaigns to meet business objectives
- Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making in marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with influencers and clients
- Organizational and team collaboration skills with an aptitude to lead multi-functional projects
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for campaign management and performance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or agency setting; knowledge of the Indian market is a plus
