Redrob Signal:
Redrob Signal is a consumer-facing prediction gaming platform designed to deliver an engaging and accessible user experience, with Phase 1 focused on developing a structured prediction-based environment to analyze user decision-making patterns, risk tolerance, and behavioral responses to gains and losses while generating actionable behavioral insights through minimal barriers to entry and seamless onboarding.

EXPERIENCEYou will own the full spectrum of SNS channel strategy and influencer marketing for Redrob Signal. This is not a coordination role — you will lead strategy, outreach, negotiation, creative direction, and performance optimization end-to-end. With influencer investment scaling to 1–5 Cr in H2, we need someone who can build and run this function in-house without agency dependency.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing (60%)- Own influencer marketing strategy and execution across Instagram and YouTube.
- Lead influencer discovery, outreach, negotiation, and contracting directly
- Set content guidelines and provide creative feedback to influencers.
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, install attribution) and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with UA team on paid boosting of influencer content (Spark Ads / Partnership Ads).
SNS Channel Strategy (30%)- Define strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
- Set content direction per platform and provide guidance to 2 Contents Marketers.
- Monitor and improve organic growth metrics (followers, engagement rate, reach).
Team Management (10%)
- Lead and coordinate 2 Contents Marketers.
- Set content direction per platform and provide guidance to 2 Contents Marketers.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
- 7+ years in influencer marketing or social media marketing.
- End-to-end ownership experience: strategy → outreach & negotiation → content direction → performance tracking.
- Managed monthly influencer budgets of 50L+.
- Ability to structure influencer performance data and calculate ROI.
- In-house execution experience (not purely agency-side).
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
Preferred Skills:
- Influencer campaigns in gaming, fantasy sports, or cricket.
- IPL season marketing campaign experience.
- Experience with paid boosting of influencer content (Meta Spark Ads, etc.).
