Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are a fast paced influencer marketing agency looking for someone who's already done the reps, someone who can handle a demanding client, and a last-minute creator drop out on the same day, and is ready to shape strategy, not just execute it.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, i.e. brand briefs, timelines, creator selection, approvals, go-live, and post-campaign reporting
- Own creator relationships, negotiate deliverables, rates, and exclusivity terms
- Build and maintain a high quality creator database segmented by niche, platform, engagement benchmarks, and audience fit
- Analyse campaign performance across platforms and translate numbers into actionable client insights
- Stay ahead of creator trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats across Instagram and YouTube
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of hands on experience in influencer marketing (agency-side preferred)
- Proven track record managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously
- A strategic eye for creator fit, you evaluate beyond follower count
- Ownership mentality, you flag problems early and don't wait to be micromanaged
