Role Overview
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own GNC India's influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystem end-to-end identifying the right voices, building authentic partnerships, and translating brand goals into campaigns that drive both brand love and product sell-through.
You will work closely with creators, affiliates, and digital partners to strengthen GNC’s presence across the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle communities. From identifying the right influencers to coordinating campaigns and analyzing performance, you will play a key role in building a scalable creator and partner ecosystem for the brand.
This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, creator partnerships, and digital growth.
This Role Is For You If You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital partnerships
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem across fitness, wellness, and lifestyle
- Experience identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer or affiliate partnerships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with performance tracking tools and MS Excel for campaign reporting and analysis
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment

Areas You'll Own
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute GNC India's influencer marketing strategy across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and nutrition verticals
- Build a tiered influencer ecosystem tailored to different product lines and campaign objectives
- Identify white spaces in the market and propose influencer-led moments that drive cultural relevance for GNC
Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Scout, onboard, and manage long-term brand ambassador relationships
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation structures in line with campaign budgets
- Build authentic, ongoing relationships with creators
- Represent GNC at creator events, community meets, and wellness activations
Campaign Execution
- Brief creators effectively with clear brand guidelines, product talking points, and creative direction
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from concept and briefing to content review, live posting, and reporting
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure influencer assets are on-brand
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery across all touchpoints
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics- reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, EMV, and ROI across all influencer campaigns
- Maintain an influencer database with performance benchmarks and relationship notes
- Share monthly impact reports with key learnings and optimization recommendations
Extra Brownie Points For:
- Prior experience in a health, fitness, or FMCG brand
- A personal interest in fitness, wellness, or nutrition (you live the brand)
- Familiarity with short-form video content and platform-native storytelling (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Experience managing influencer campaigns across Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities in India
