Role: Senior Influencer Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Kolkata / Hybrid
📍 Experience: 3+ years in Influencer Marketing / Creator Partnerships
What You’ll OwnThis is not a backend coordination role.
You’ll be at the frontline of revenue + relationships.
• Build and execute high-impact influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms
• Own the entire creator lifecycle:
Discovery → Outreach → Negotiation → Execution → Reporting
• Lead creator conversations & negotiations — from first DM to final deal closure
• Develop campaign strategies that actually perform, not just look good on paper
• Create winning proposals & decks that convert prospects into paying clients
• Manage the sales side of influencer marketing — lead conversion, pitching, and closures
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, agencies & talent managers
• Drive performance-first campaigns with clear KPIs: Engagement, Reach, CPE, ROI
• Collaborate closely with creative & strategy teams to produce standout campaigns
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to keep campaigns relevant
What We’re Looking For• 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing / talent management
• Strong negotiation & sales mindset — you know how to pitch, persuade, and close
• Proven experience in creating decks that win business
• Deep understanding of creator economy, content trends & platform dynamics
• Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics
• Strong analytical thinking — you can translate numbers into insights and actions
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing quality
• Strong understanding of the East India / West Bengal creator ecosystem
