Role Description
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns, building relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, and analyzing campaign performance. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential influencers, managing partnerships, coordinating content creation, and ensuring successful campaign delivery within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, with strong expertise in influencer management, networking, and brand collaborations
- Proven experience in campaign strategy development, social media marketing, and content planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in data analysis, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Well-versed in digital marketing tools, platforms, and evolving social media trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and digital marketing landscape
